The name JET Seafood comes from the founder's 3 children, Jacob, Emilie and Tobias. At the same time it fits well with the company's idea of speeding up the process of seafood trading to the speed of light, to the speed of a jet. We are passionate about building good teams that can make a difference.

We are looking for the right candidate who can make a substantial contribution to the growth of the company, developing international markets, and taking ownership over key tasks to achieve growth with the best results. To join our team, you need to tick this off on our list: 

 

  • Proven experience as a commercial director or other relevant roles
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Prior experience from a start-up/scale-up company is a plus

 

This will be your workday

 

Our team is small but very enthusiastic and with a lot of passion for the company’s success. You must love to work together with us in a start-up environment where flexibility and thinking outside the box are more important than systems and structure. These will be your tasks

 

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for the BoD
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
